Terms of use
These terms apply to all the games published by Asobi Panda and to this website; “the game” means each of them. Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps also applies on iPhone, and Google’s terms on Android.
1. The game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play on your own devices. You may not copy, sell, rent or reverse-engineer the game, except where the law allows it.
2. Your account
An account is optional. If you add an email, keep your phone and mailbox safe: whoever has both can sign in. You can delete your account at any time, as the account deletion page explains.
3. Gold
Gold is a virtual item in the game. You earn it by playing or you buy it. It has no value outside the game: it cannot be exchanged for money, sold or given to another player, and it does not carry over to another game.
We may adjust prices, rewards and balance to keep the game fair and fun.
4. Purchases
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, under their conditions. Refunds are handled by the store. Your rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal, stay what the law says; when you buy digital content that is delivered at once, the store may ask you to give up the right of withdrawal.
5. Ads
The game is free thanks to ads. They appear between two grids, never during one, and videos are only shown if you choose them. A purchase removes the imposed ads of this game, the screen between two grids; the videos you choose stay on offer.
6. Fair play
Play in the spirit of the game. Bots, scripts, tampering with the app, and exploiting bugs on purpose are not allowed. If we find any, we may withhold rewards, reset the affected progress or close the account.
7. Content
The game, the website, the red panda and the illustrations belong to the publisher, and all rights are reserved. The press kit may be used freely to talk about us.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop the game or the site. We will try to warn you before anything that matters. We may update these terms, and we will say so in the game when it matters.
9. Our responsibility
The game comes as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of progress or interruption of the service. This does not limit your rights as a consumer, or our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before its courts.
